Asus is fussy about the KIND of ram. Wouldn't it at least POST if the RAM was failing? Everything powers up on the PC, and the fan on the video card is spinning. remove ram, all cables and reinstall everyone outside the case.

I have assembled the computer and plugged everything in appropriately, the screen is not showing anythying, I do not have a motherboard speaker(yet) to tell you about beeps. If your monitor works, then it is the EVGA video card.
