My current computer was put together around six years ago. No errors, after reboot from the freeze it... You could try swapping your ram from slots 1 and 3 to 2 and 4 to see if this solves your problem. Windows Memory Diagnostic Only thing I've done is removed a stick of ram, and since then I've only had 5 freezes in about 43h, compare to 16 the 24 hours before that. Don't know how recent the system specs you uploaded was generated, it shows the USB 3.0 has a problem. Basically, any time the CPU gets to 70 I turn my fan on and let it cool down.

Since I gave it that cleaning in August it's been running cool. You have to manually change it to the speed that the manufacturer advertises. Lost everything. My WD Black is pretty loud compared to other HDDs, so usually I hear it before anything else in my PC. Seatools

Below is a overview of all the freezes since I re-installed windows last time, the reds is with 3 ram stick in, the greens are with only 2: installed and when I fixed everything my Windows 10 started freezing once again.

Now on the 16th try of installing Windows 10 it worked with a custom installation which means I kept my personal files but all my application and programs didn't come along
